1st attempt trying out the Yoga Wheel full pigeon
(**Self learning/practicing with ⚠️ caution, not to overexert or injure self) Beginner better to seek professional advise personal in class 👌

Starting of with some back stretch, opening up shoulder chest area, thighs also to warm the muscles. Tone abdominals, and warm the spine at the same time.

My challenge goal for this pose is to train flexi-back and to reach my hands to the toes still more practice to go. So near yet so far.
