Setubhandasana – Bridgepose – is such an interesting Asana ! It stands for connection of the lower and the upper body, and that way connection of the energies as well. With this asana, we can unblock stuck energy and let it travel up to the crown. And something that I also find very interesting is that here we can come to a point where we can let our consciousness drop into the back of our head and that way come to some sort of a meditative state. we can let the asana hold itself and „give our bodies to the universe“.
