PROP SHOWCASE DAY 4 – Bolster ✨ Half hero’s pose is one of my favorites because it’s so juicy in my hip flexor and quad space.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Using a bolster underneath the hips helps keep both sides even instead of hiking up on the stretched leg side. It also relieves compression in my knee. Plus, as an added benefit, if my hip flexors are open enough, I can lay down on the soft bolster. @innerspaceyogasupplies bolsters are the comfiest 😊⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
