Ok, these moves might look simple but they are so hard for me to balance!

I have to say though, that this is the best I have ever done without holding on to something. The first move is a Hip Airplane and I have always had to hold something to do it. Today I tried again on my own and got pretty far 🤩

The second move I was a little shakey but made it through without falling over 🤣

I’ve been doing these moves for months and still have not mastered this. But I am seeing progress and that’s what matters.

So don’t get frustrated if it takes longer than you want to see the results you are looking for. This takes time, practice and dedication. Keep working on your goals and try to do just a little better each time.
