My tips for Front Splits Flexibility:

Let me sum it up in a reverse order (watch each video till the end):
* Activate muscles before you begin to stretch them (and that is besides your general full body warmup).
* Try adding more of dynamic movements and active flexibility.
* Pay more attention to your feet. Sometimes flexing a foot can make a difference.
* Don’t skip standing balancing poses. They are magical.
* Try adding more repetitions of transitions between some poses especially if they require additional focus and balance.
