💥 2021年繼續以在家工作,在家運動為開始

🧱今次會用到瑜伽磚做三個練習,動作除咗可以提升髖部嘅活動度之外,亦可以訓練下大腦對下半身不同肌群嘅控制(例如hamstring同臀部肌)

🧱唔好以為同平時啲table top position一樣咁容易啊,夾住個磚做會好有感覺的😌

🧱如果係練習緊/準備學做epk 2 / crow / crane pose 嘅同學,呢啲都係好好嘅練習啊🤫

記得Save低呢個post 同Share俾你身邊有需要嘅朋友,叫埋佢一齊做呀👯‍♀️👯

最後同場加映我嘅無聊random flow,夾住佢做downdog 令我好懷疑人生 (因為真係好攰💦😂)
