Releasing Chronic Pain From Whiplash Injury

Several cases of whiplash injury could involve chronic pain. When this happens, breathing could also be shallow. You could frequently hold your own breath. As breathing is restricted, you would eventually find yourself not exhaling fully. You could not even remove stale air from your lungs, resulting to possible residual build ups of toxins.

As chronic pain ensues, your muscles could get cold and get contracted due to poor circulation. Less oxygen volume gets in and fewer toxins are naturally removed. The lungs could work more when you breathe deeply and fully. The diaphragm moves and the abdominal muscles work. These occurrences only generate more heat in the body’s core to help relieve whiplash. They are possible when you perform specific yoga exercises.

How to release chronic pain after whiplash injury? Perform specific yoga exercises and poses, as described above. Doing so could pose a calming effect right on the emotions. Fear could be reduced as well as anxiety within the nervous system. You would feel emotionally safer and you would get more at ease and physically relaxed.

The next step to release chronic pain is to change your own attitude towards pain. Observe and sense what pain feels like, how worse it gets during whiplash injury. You should feel your own emotions to be able to establish a connection with the specific parts of your body that are hurting because of the condition. Connect physical with emotional pain. This way, you would be able to recognize possible continuity between your body, your mind, and your feelings.

Following Weight Watchers While Doing P90X or Insanity

Many people who are following Weight Watchers, whether they just began yesterday or have been at it for awhile, wish to incorporate some sort of exercise routine into their weight-loss program. Because P90X and Insanity are so popular-most people have seen the infomercials-it is common to see questions about them on the Weight Watchers boards. Here I will address the most common questions regarding following Weight Watchers while going through the P90X or Insanity programs:

Q: Can I do P90X or Insanity while on Weight Watchers?

A: Of course you can! In fact, it was via the Weight Watchers message boards that I discovered P90X. I’d seen the infomercials, but I was skeptical. Let’s be realistic: many if not most products advertised that way are overpriced garbage. But then I met several folks on the Weight Watchers boards who’d gone through the program with fantastic results. I decided to take a chance and purchase a copy… and I never looked back. I loved my results so much that later on, I decided to try Insanity. I’ve had nothing but positive results in combining these exercise programs with Weight Watchers.

Q: How do I calculate Activity Points (AP’s) for P90X or Insanity workouts? I don’t see them listed in the AP calculator.

A: Here are the methods that have worked well for me. In calculating my AP’s in this manner, I can eat every point coming to me and still lose weight:

P90X Strength Workouts & Ab Ripper: keep track of your total time, then choose “Weight-lifting, universal-type (vigorous effort).” As a side note, this will give you the same number of AP’s as if you used the manual calculator set on “moderate.”

P90X Yoga X and X Stretch: keep track of your total time, then choose “Hatha Yoga.”

P90X Cardio X and Core Synergistics: keep track of your total time, then use the manual calculator set on “moderate.”

P90X Plyometrics and all Insanity workouts: in order to be conservative, I don’t count the entire time as “high” intensity. Let’s be honest: you probably weren’t going full-throttle for every single second of the workout. For these workouts, I keep track of my total time, then count half of it as “moderate” and the other half as “intense,” using the manual calculator.

Q: You said “total” time. Should I be subtracting time for breaks?

A: I don’t worry about subtracting for breaks unless I take a significant break, meaning enough time that my muscles get cold… and you shouldn’t be doing that anyway, because you risk injury if you take too long a break, then jump back in without going through another warm-up.

Q: What about the Nutrition Guide I got with my workout discs? Should I follow that or stick with Weight Watchers?

A: If you read the Nutrition Guide, you’ll notice that a lot of the advice contained within is in sync with the advice in Weight Watchers’ plan materials: eat smaller meals; move toward whole grains, fruits and vegetables; steer clear of nasty junk food; don’t “Exercise for Cookies.” Michi’s Ladder is actually very similar to the old Weight Watchers Core Plan (now called “the Simply Filling technique”). Additionally, the recipes in the Nutrition Guide are low-calorie, and therefore very point-friendly. I use the information in the Nutrition Guide as a supplement to Weight Watchers’ advice.

Q: When is the best time within the Weight Watchers program to start P90X or Insanity?

A: Anytime you want! You can begin on the same day you join Weight Watchers, or you can start months or a year down the road. It’s up to you.

Q: I’m really big, I’ve never exercised in my life, and I don’t know if I’m ready for P90X or Insanity. Are there any Beachbody programs that are more for beginners?

A: Yes, there are. For example, Power 90 (P90) is a very popular program for beginning exercisers who still have a lot of weight to lose, as is 10-Minute Trainer.

Remedial Astrology : Worship of a Deity

There are simple ways to worship a deity according to the problem areas. First identify the problem. There are two areas of problems; One problem is the actual problem facing a person. For example : Health – including pimples, acne, menses, cold, cough,indigestion, anaemia,Cancer, Paralysis, etc., which are the results of either the deficiency or the excess of the humors in the body, Vata, Pitta and Plegm. In addition to these, function of nerves, blood circulation,mind ( Psycho-somatic), wear and tear of body due to the advancement of age etc,. Finance – including losses and improvement, sudden stroke of luck and money etc., Job getting and Job omotions,difficulties in holding on the job etc., Marriage – delay in marriage, breakdown of marriage, children etc,. For all such problems, find out the position of the planets. Find out if any Doshas such as Kalasarpa Dosha exists. Find out the Yogas, Dashas, inherent in the horoscope . Then assess the problem. Before advising the remedy, the Dosha if any existing must be removed. Any remedy will not be effective, unless the Dosha is removed. For removal of Kalasarpadosha, The person must be advised to visit Kalahasti and the Dosha removed by Archana and pooja there. This becomes the first step. The platform is ready for remedy by way of worship. The next step would be to find out, which of the planets are in bad position and giving the problems. Find out the houses and planets connected to the problems.If the planet and the house is identified, then it becomes easier to find out the deity representing that planet. For house correction, the house Lord

must be identified. The significator Lord must be identified. The other identifications include, ownership, occupation and aspects of the planets; Both on the houses and the planets.

Selecting a deity : It is very important to select the most suitable deity applicable to the specific problem based on the above considerations mentioned in the earlier paragraph. Even in deities,there are various considerations. Lord Shiva is worshipped in His many forms such as Rudra, Nataraja, Tandavamurthy, Jatadhari,Shiva-Parvathi,Meenakshi-Sundaresha,etc. Lord Vishnu is worshipped in His many forms such as Gopalakrishna, Kodanda Rama, Narasimha,Sita Rama, Lakshmi-Narasimha, etc. Even in worshipping the deity of

Narasimha, there are many differences. Lord Narasimha is identified in His different forms such as Lakshmi-Narasimha, Yoga-Narasimha,Bhoga-Narasimha, Chintamni-Narasimha etc. For an effective and easy remedy, it is advised to worship the deity with companion; such as Shiva-Parvathi,Lakshmi-Narasimha and SitaRama.

The deities with their wives beside are easy to please and the worshipper is twice blessed by both the deities. But for worshipping of the planet Ketu,the deity of Rudra alone is suggested. For worshipping of Rahu,the deity of DurgaMata alone is suggested. Like wise, the identification of the suitable deity becomes more important, for an effective and immediate remedy. It is said that God is everywhere and in everyone. But the remedies are not.

Here is a list of the deities to be worshipped in respect of the

planets afflicted.

Sun – Lord Shiva or Vishnu , on a Sunday

Moon – Lord Shiva on a Monday evening.

Mars – Lord Muruga, Lord Hanuman or Lord Lakshmi Narasimha on a Tuesday.

Mercury – Lord Srirama on a Wednesday .

Jupiter – Lord Ganesha on a Thursday.

Venus – Goddess Lakshmi or Parvathi, on a Friday.

Saturn – Lord Shiva on a Saturday evening or Lord Anjaneya on Saturday morning or evening.

Rahu – Goddess Durga on a Friday evening.

Ketu – Lord Shiva or Ganesha on a Thursday.

Selecting a temple : For worshipping a deity, one must select a very old temple. There are two types of temples. First one type is the temples which exist from ancient times and still getting the daily poojas and archanas etc,. The Second type of temples are that those constructed recently, for the purpose of convenience, or commercial purposes, and getting the daily poojas and archanas regularly and sometimes with all the pomp and show. Avoid the Second types. Any temple to be constructed, there are procedures with systems and methods. The Vastu, the installation, The energizing or Prana Pratishtapana of the deity strictly according to Veda and Agamas,are very important.Then only the deity gets the power to bless the

devotees. In the olden days the temples were being constructed, as per the vastu, or according to the Sthalapurana, or Mahime, mostly in remote areas or on mountains. There are reasons behind the selection of the place of construction of a temple. The place, the installation procedure, the energizing procedure all these play an important role in the worshipping of a deity. Secondly while selecting of a temple and the deity, usually the deity selected may give multiple benefits ,because of the naturally associated other deities. For example, if you are worshipping Goddess Lakshmi, then if one selects Sita Mata as the deity representing Venus, then while worshipping the deity of Lakshmi,The other deities, Lord Vishnu as the deity of Rama, representing planet Mercury , Lord Hanuman, representing planet Mars,or Saturn also bestow their blessings to the worshipper. This is different from the temple where a cluster of deities are installed for mere commercial purposes.

The next step would be to be cautious about the Acrchaks in the temple in performing pooja. There is a tendency that the Archaks put fear in the minds of the devotees, and try to extract money. One need not be afraid of the Archaks, who are mostly not well versed in method and pronouncement or chanting of Mantras. But one need not worry, but will have to take the assistance of such Archaks only. Only one can ask them to adhere to minimum of procedure. The Sankalpa, Archana,Pooja by special but simple ways are to be told to archaks well before. Now I will give examples of worshipping some of the deities ,through a simple and methodical means of worship.

An example of worshipping the deity Lakshmi or Parvathi :If there is a problem of Acne or Pimples recurring on the face, leading to deformation of cheeks, then it must be Shukraditya Yoga according to Phaladeepika. The remedies to the problems relating to marriage, the problems relating to removal of Daridrya, are all likewise obtained through the worship of Goddess Lakshmi or Parvathi with their companion deity besides. Like wise each problem is related to planets and the presiding deity, one way or the other.Here in the problem area of SukradithyaYoga, the planets to be appeased are Sun and Venus. For Sun, the deity is Shiva and for Venus the deity is Parvathi.

Srilalitha, Trpurasundari,Meenakshi ,call Her by any name. “What is in a name”, who said this ? But there is everything in name and deity. One cannot substitute a different deity of same god , for a particular pooja. One must take little strain and should not resort to convenience of the worshipper. For example Parvathi is also recognised as Shakti Devatha , such as Chandi,Durga, Chamundi, Kali etc. Those deities are to be worshipped for a different purposes. For our present purposes, the planet Venus is to pleased. The beautiful, the pleasant, the all powerful, not only possessing all the wealth but also finds pleasure in the exhibition and decoration , with all the pomp and glory , all these are the nature and qualities of the Goddess Parvathi or Lakshmi. In the incarnation of such amorous,benevolent, gracious, georgeous and yet with all these, generous in granting boons, the qualities of the deity represent the planet Venus. Worship her. Because She is easy to please. Worship Her,starting the pooja on a Shuklapaksha First Friday, then continue for five Fridays. A simple pooja and archana is enough. But only specificity is to décore Her with Lotus flowers. This part of the offering Lotus flowers is very important in the whole of the pooja worship procedure. While worshipping either Lakshmi or Parvathi, one is not worshipping the female deity alone. Goddess Lakshmi is found along with Lord Narasimha or Lord Srirama etc., Goddess Parvathi, is found along with Lord Shiva or Lord Sundaresha, with His many names and incarnations. While worshipping a deity of female god, you worship Her Husband The Great Lord also. Likewise, the planet Rahu is worshipped though Goddess Durga or Amba .The all in all, the all powerful deity of Durga is the primordial deity of Shakthi in Her most ferocious form killing the demons and destroying the Asuri-shakthi. She re-istalls the Dharma in this Earth, reposing the confidence of the Satvic devotees. She is liberation.

She is Mukthi. She is worshipped during evening or night. Likewise Lord Shiva is worshipped during night for propitiation of the planet Saturn. Thus the timings, the offerings to be made to a

particular deity, the procedure etc, are all different for different planets and their deities. The following are the procedures in the worship of a deity.

  • Sankalpam : Making a vow before the deity that the person is undertaking a pooja pronouncing his Gotra & Pravara and praying for blessings of the Lord for pooja without any obstacles, by the grace of Lord Vighneshwara.

  • Archana : Offerring of flowers or kunkumam pronouncing the different names of the deity 100 times for Shatanamarchana or 1000 times, if it is Sahasranamarchana.

  • .
  • Flowers : Specific flowers are to be offered. Mostly the lotus flowers as in the case of Goddess Lakhmi or Parvathi. Pushpamala of Jasmine, Crysenthium, Dasavala etc., Like wise Bilvapatra and Tulasi are also offered to Lord Shiva or Lord Vishnu respectively.

  • .
  • Naivedyam: The suitable prasadam to be prepared and offered.

For example :- Curd and chopped rice, wheat flour and joggery laddus,for Mercury or Kodanda Rama. Kadubu or Obbattu, Vadehara are also offered to all the Vishnu Devatas, including Anjaneya. For Vighneshwara and Lord Shiva , different prasadams are offered. The archak of the deity is to be consulted for offering of Prasadam who is well-versed in this following the local customs.

Starting of Pooja : The Moon is the Karaka for giving strength to all the planets. When the moon is waxing, She is more powerful, and provides the necessary strength and grace to the planet and also to the pooja of the worshipper. So any pooja or for that matter any good work must be started on, the first Monday, First Wednesday or First Friday etc., depending upon the deity to be worshipped, immediately after the New Moon or Amavasya. It is called Shukla-Paksha.

No questions asked : The meeting of the minds of the astrologer and the seeker of the help are very important. The seeker when asking a question and the remedies, the astrologer tells some remedy. The person asks for slight amendment of procedure , like location,substitution of temple, or even delegation of some other person to perform pooja, on behalf of the same family members etc,. This way of convenient or half-hearted worship , dilutes the remedy. Whatever the Previous Karmic impact and resultant problem manifestation troubling the person , who seeks advice, at that moment, the astrologer by intuition tells some remedy propitiation, which performed will definitely yield good results. It is the will power, determination and the frame of mind of the worshipper , which are going to yield the results and fruits of worship, which are all have a definite Karmic ills removal moment. Respect that auspicious moment. Respect the deity you are going to worship. Inculcate and imbibe the qualities of the planet and its deity within you. For example, the planet Jupiter can destroy our sins. He can make the other planets to behave by His aspects. Jupiter stands for Dharma. Jupiter stands for Religion.Jupiter stands for ceremonies , pomp and show. There is no meaning in secretly worshipping Jupiter. Yet Jupiter is beyond one’s reach. Only discipline may please Him.He possesses infinite knowledge. A knowledge of God,Brahma. He is called Brihaspathi and Brahmanaspathi. Believe that Goddess Durga is there for the rescue of those who are helpless and unprotected. Believe that Lord Hanuman is there alive as chiranjeevi even today for your protection. Do not be afraid that you have committed the sins, and not fit for the blessings and grace of God. Even the Gods are in no way superior to the mortals, when it is the question of perfection. From here onwards you and your children are the blessed ones and ready to receive the blessings of the Lord.

Compatibility of Marriage Between Prince William & Kate Middleton

The most talked about event for the next few months will surely be the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton. She will be the first “commoner” to marry into the inner circle of the British Royal family, allowing the Prince to chose a bride himself, rather than have one chosen for him! So let’s see what the Vedic astrological compatibility brings to light!

I am using the actual time of birth of Prince William, as it is available, being the 21st of June 1982 at 9:03 PM in London. Kate Middleton’s birth date is known as the 9th of January in the same year and the place was Reading, Berkshire, England. Many astrologers are simply using 12 PM as a birth time for her due to her birth time not being available, but this is completely inadequate for getting any real factual knowledge about her life to come. Using her photographs at different ages and the facts of her life events and personality that we can get, I have worked out her birth time to be approximately 6:45 AM.

Using the three most widely used methods for compatibility that compares the lunar mansions we get quite a good compatibility between them. It is said that without a high enough “score” for a match between two charts no, marriage has any possibility of being a happy one. All three of these methods show the basic compatibility very favorable. Therefore we now go further with practical considerations. We have seen high scoring matches in a marriage end in divorce, although have never seen extremely low scoring matches end with a satisfying and fruitful marriage. The reason for the latter I have already stated. The reason for my first conjecture is that both partners must have congruency in their ability to handle life’s challenges. They also must have a compatible philosophy on what “happiness” means in a marriage or a lasting or happy partnership is unlikely to endure for any length of time.

Both are Sagittarius ascendants and both at such an early degree that using either the sidereal zodiac that all Vedic astrologers use, or the western tropical zodiac, this will be the rising sign. As I am using the sidereal zodiac, which is the accurate orbital calculations used by all astronomers, please note that all positions will only be noted as per the Vedic system from this point.

Jupiter, lord of the ascendant for both horoscopes is placed in Libra, in the 11th house of great wealth. Therefore both are destined to have great material facility. In both horoscopes Mercury, lord of the 7th house of marriage as well as the 10th house of status or career, and Venus, lord of the 11th house of gains as well as the 6th of foreign countries and obstacles, are conjoined creating a powerful indication of both getting an extraordinary marital partner, as well as having very high status among not only their peers, but society. Kate’s in Capricorn are in the 2nd house of inflow of money and family, indicating marriage into an extremely wealthy and powerful family. Prince William’s are in the 6th showing much travel and “obstacles” he is forced to contend with in his life. Both Kate and Prince William, being Sagittarius ascendants, are honest, straightforward and caring people that will make good examples for those that look up to them. Having both a Gemini Sun and Moon, William will be able to easily “multitask” living up to all that will be expected of him as a future monarch. He will also make a great father to his children.

However I take note of both William’s and Kate’s 8th house lord Moon being posited in the 7th of marriage, indicating definite trials and tribulations in their marital life. With William’s 7th house lord being in the 6th of obstacles, my conjecture is further reinforced.

Both have a Raja Yoga, or powerful “kingly” influence on the 5th house due to mutual aspect of both Jupiter and Mars. It indicates fame and being able to have good children, as well as that they have performed many pious actions in their previous births. Both also have the aspect of Jupiter on the 7th house of marriage so the marriage will be auspicious in so far as both being loved as a couple and in the minds and hearts of the public towards them. However Saturn’s aspect is also cast on their 7th houses, meaning marital discord will come at some point in this relationship.

The couple has Ketu, south node of the Moon in the ascendant of their horoscopes and Rahu, north node of the Moon, in the 7th house of marriage. As they share having 8th lord Moon in the 7th house of marriage, this is not going to be an easy marriage. Whatever the factors “practically” that may cause problems, which are not hard to imagine with William being 2nd in line for the throne of the United Kingdom, their fate is already written. Such is the karma that can be read at the time of birth through the horoscope and cannot be changed. It will take great strength of character and steadfastness as a couple if they wish to get through the ups and downs of what will probably be the most “looked at ” marriage on the planet!!

What Do All the Aromatherapy Scents Mean?

In setting up a meditation area for relaxation, or for use in yoga classes, many people use incense, candles and/or essential oils. Scent is a powerful and wonderful tool that can be used to fill a space or our bodies with qualities and symbolism to match the intentions or goals for any practice.

Sometimes, during Savasana (or corpse pose), one on the most relaxing parts of yoga practice where the body is completely relaxed, many instructors use scent in the room to aid in relaxation. My personal yoga instructor, for example, dabs a tiny drop of lavender oil on our necks during Savasana, Lavender has many properties to help soothe and relax,

So what kind of scents are available and what does one use? It really depends on what your goals are for that particular meditation or yoga session. Are you trying to relieve stress? Then you might use Lavender….Have you been fighting a cold? Then you might try Hyssop. Are you trying to gain energy and wake up? Then you might use Lemon or Peppermint.

Here is a list of some common essential oils and what they mean or what they can help achieve to get your started on your way to setting up the right mood or intention for your practice.

Lemon – Lemon is an energizer also helping as a disinfectant. It also has natural bleaching qualities. Along with that, it also serves as an energizer. The oil is extracted from the rind and juice of lemon and has a rich, fruity and warm scent.

Lavender – Lavender is a great stress reliever, promoting peace and well-being. Because of it’s stress relieving ability and can be used to treat anxiety, insomnia and stomach aches. The oil is extracted from the flowering spikes of lavender and has a sweet, floral and slightly sharp scent. As mentioned earlier, this is a great scent for savasana,

Hyssop – Hyssop has been around for centuries. It has healing properties that have been used by many throughout the years. It helps with cold and flu. It can also be used as a skin-improving agent, helping fight against blemishes.

Jasmine – known for its relaxing and soothing properties and can be, at times, used as an aphrodisiac as well. The oil is extracted from jasmine flowers and has a heavy and sweet dreamy scent. (Another good option for savasana!)

Basil – Helps with concentration. Also used in a wide variety of problem such as upset stomach, headache, flatulence, low appetite, lack of concentration, abrasions, sinus, muscle aches, migraine, gout and bronchitis. The oil is extracted from flowering tops and leaves of basil and has a sweet and spicy scent.

Chamomile – Used to promote sleep, relaxation and meditation. (That’s why so many people have a cup of chamomile tea at bedtime!) It’s relaxation properties and can be used to treat indigestion, peptic ulcers, nervousness, menstrual cramps, sore throat, burns and skin inflammations, vaginal infections, insomnia, sunburn, hay fever and sprains. The oil is extracted from chamomile flower heads and has a sweet, fruity and floral scent.

Sandalwood – This scent is popular for incense burning and is still burned in many homes today. It is a very sweet woody scent helping promote relaxation and spiritual harmony. Also, help with dry hair and skin. It can also be used to treat depression, dry skin, nausea, skin problems and stress. The oil is extracted from sandalwood itself and has an exotic and slightly spicy scent.

Rose – There are many different types of roses. They all have some differences in healing properties. Rose oil has soothing and calming abilities and can be used to treat scurvy and nervousness. It also promotes the feelings of love and peace. The oil is extracted from petals, hips and root bark of rose and has a light, sweet and floral scent.

Peppermint – A true energizer. Often used to help with muscle aches, fatigue, pain, gas, sore throat, digestive problems, stomach ulcers and nausea. The oil is extracted from leaves of peppermint plant and has a minty scent.

Eucalyptus – Powerful decongestant. Used for centuries to help with cold symptoms. It also has antiseptic qualities and can be used to treat nasal and chest congestion, asthma, sore muscles, cuts and abrasions. The oil is extracted from eucalyptus leaves and has a strong, fresh and minty scent.

Ginger – An energizing scent, ginger is widely used to help with nausea.

Nutmeg – Used by some to help with sleep and indigestion.

But what if your intentions are specific? What can scent do to solidify your practice intentions? If you are in a troubled relationship and need to evoke positive feelings towards that relationship, you might initiate a meditation session surrounding love and focus on that to heal that relationship. In this case you would have several choices of scent to aid in that intention.

Here are several themes and ways you can specifically gear your practice using scent:

Oral Sex for the Self: Tips for Trying Autofellatio

It’s the rare man who doesn’t enjoy being on the receiving end of some mind-blowing oral sex – and if guys are honest, it’s the rare man who hasn’t at least half-heartedly tried to perform oral sex on himself. Officially called autofellatio, self-administered oral sex certainly requires that a man practice good penis health – after all, unlike partners performing oral sex, with autofellatio the fellator knows exactly where that penis has been! But to successfully perform autofellatio, most men need to take proper preparation steps.

1) Practice, practice, practice. First off, it’s best to admit that very, very few men are able to give themselves oral sex on their first try. As with any skill, it requires that a guy practice and get in shape. So men who are serious about autofellatio should be prepared to work at it for a while before achieving success.

2) Get limber. Although having an exceptionally long penis can certainly make the act easier, more modestly endowed men are going to need to be limber. The neck and spine especially need to be working at their flexible peak. Some guys are naturally more flexible than others, so many dudes need to exercise in order to achieve a higher degree of flexibility.

3) Try yoga. There are many yoga exercises (such as the cobra, the plow and downward facing dog) which focus on lengthening the neck and spine and giving a man greater flexibility in these areas. Finding some reputable videos or taking some yoga classes can be helpful. However, be sure to take things at the proper pace; going too quickly or too enthusiastically can hurt one’s back – which is not only painful and inconvenient but which can slow down progress toward the autofellatio goal.

4) Slim down. Because self-administered oral sex involves bending the neck and spine so that the lips meet the penis, the fewer obstacles in the way, the better. Translation: a big gut is going to make things more difficult. Losing that spare tire not only makes mouth-to-penis contact more likely, it also is healthier in general.

5) Make the stomach ready. Eat and drink sufficiently throughout the day, but stop about two hours before starting the autofellatio attempt. If possible, move the bowels and urinate during that period in order to keep the stomach empty and more receptive to the bending and twisting that is coming.

6) Warm up. Do some good stretching exercises that get the body limber and in shape. It may also help to take a nice, warm bath beforehand. And keep the bedroom warm throughout.

7) Get positioned. While some men can autofellate while standing or sitting, most have an easier time doing it while lying down. After rubbing the penis erect, lie on the back on a bed. The head should be a foot or so away from the headboard or wall. Lift the legs over the head until the feet are pressed against the wall. The lower back should always be supported by the arms. Slowly walk the feet down the wall, letting the crotch drop closer and closer to the mouth. Let gravity work! Don’t stretch too far, as this might lead to injury.

Try and try again

If the goal is not reached the first time, don’t be discouraged. Many men achieve success if they keep at it.

Some men also discover a new appreciation for those who give them oral sex – and for how important penis care is. 7 Steps to Unblocking Your Fallopian Tubes

I’m a kinesiologist who has developed a 7-step process for unblocking blocked fallopian tubes, and helping women to get pregnant in the shortest time possible. I’ve had great success with my own private clients, and I’d like to share with you how I helped these women to get pregnant, and how you can overcome tubal infertility without surgery.

Step 1: Herbal Tampons & Herbal Douches

Step 7: Nutritional Optimization

One of the fastest ways to boost the fertility is by changing the diet. I find that my clients get the best results by increasing their intake of raw fruits and vegetables to 9 portions a day. Eating fruits and vegetables in their raw form helps you to access the nutrients in the foods, increases your intake of antioxidants and alkalizes the body.

Antioxidants can help reverse the effects of free radicals and make the reproductive organs younger and healthier. They have also been proven to improve egg quality. To get the maximum amount of antioxidants in your daily intake, I recommend mixing an antioxidant into your juice every morning.

Alkalizing foods help to neutralize excessively acidic cervical mucus, which can be very hostile to sperm, and prevent conception. These foods also support your detoxification, as they create an internal environment in which bacteria and viruses cannot survive. The best way to eat a large quantity of nutrient dense foods is with an alkaline mix, which an contain a number of superfood fruits and vegetables, and can be available in a form that can be added to juice, water or smoothies.

Five Keys Toward Detoxifying Your Body

To detoxify your body simply means to cleanse your body of any toxins it may be harboring. We know, for instance, that some chemicals and pesticides, or certain fumes we breathe, can be toxic to us. In addition, many of our modern day food choices can create a toxic environment that slowly lowers our overall immunity. The phrase Toxic Load refers to the condition of our cells and tissues – the inner terrain – that develops when we consume, year after year, highly processed foods. While the liver and the kidneys are natural detoxifiers, organs whose job is to filter out impurities, there are several other ways to help your body detoxify itself. While some of these ways may be viewed as extreme, such as dialysis or a lengthy juice fast, there are several every day things that can be done to detoxify your body with subtlety and consistency.

Nutrition

No amount of great nutrition in the world will work very well until our body stops receiving the massive amounts of processed and fake foods that create a toxic inner terrain. Fortunately, it’s easy to learn what is hard on your body; there are no complex charts to memorize. Rule One: the more processed a substance, the larger the toxic load. Simply examine your weekly intake. Eat less of them. Find healthier substitutes. Or, better yet, drop them altogether.

Select organic, whole, unprocessed foods, whenever possible. Stop eating foods with additives and preservatives. Get your oil needs from olive oil, nuts, seeds, such as flax, psyllium, etc. Slow down or eliminate: processed meat (highly processed beef, chicken, lamb, sausages, pate, luncheon meats, bologna), most seafood (bottom feeders, such as mussels, clams, lobster, highly processed anchovies and sardines), pasteurized dairy (milk, butter, cheese, ice cream, yogurt), processed oil(hydrogenated, lard, canola), flour products (bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, donuts, crackers), caffeine (coffee, black teas), tap water ( use filtered or bottled spring water), alcohol (beer, wine, sake, scotch, gin, vodka), processed sugar (candy, sweets, chocolate), sodas (diet coke, sugared drinks), and fake foods (artificial anything!).

Re-hydrate

Our bodies and our world are both largely composed of water, making water a vitally important element to the human race. Thus, it’s no surprise that water is a huge factor in overall health, as well as detoxification. Re-hydrating helps detoxification in several ways. First of all, water is a natural appetite suppressant, keeping people from ingesting things, such as fast food meals, that may add toxins to the body. Secondly, water stimulates the kidneys, helping them to do their job of filtering. Water also aids in digestion; without water, digestion can not occur, leaving the intestines without the ability to remove waste.

One of the most important reasons for re-hydrating is the lymph system. The lymph system is the often overlooked set of vessels used to transport metabolic waste out of the body. Drinking water to re-hydrate helps prevent the lymph system from becoming overwhelmed with old, necrotic material.

While it is recommended that the average person drink at least eight glasses of water a day, people often forget to do this, compromising their body’s natural health driven abilities. Some suggest taking your weight in pounds and dividing it in half. This is the number of ounces of water you should drink a day. Buy a bottle, somewhere around the size of a gallon. Fill it each day, and drink it empty each day. It is a great way to measurably know how much water you are using. If you don’t have access to spring water, then filter your tap water with a carbon filter.

Brush Your Skin

Brushing your skin may seem like an odd concept, an act that is typically reserved for a head of hair. But, the pores in our skin are often an open doorway to innumerable toxins we may encounter. Because our skin absorbs what’s on it, it will absorb any toxins present. Brushing these toxins away, however, can minimize the amount of toxins that enter the body through the pores. Our skin can be considered our largest elimination organ, especially during a change in nutrition. To help this process along, purchase a long handled skin brush and dry-brush your entire body for two or three minutes before bathing or showering each day. It may sting a bit the first few times, but you are conditioning your skin to breathe more. This also improves circulation, releases toxins and stimulates new skin production. For some, wet-brushing while bathing can be just as effective.

Take Alkalinizing Baths

Another good idea is Alkalinizing Baths. For these, toss a cup of sea salt or a cup of baking soda into a bath. Get in and slowly increase the heat until you are sweating. The object is to make the outside water more alkaline than the body and blood itself. It is relaxing, and very powerful when combined with skin brushing.

Do Yoga, Be Yoga

Yoga is one of the best detoxifying exercises you can practice. Because one of the foundations of yoga is breathing, and one of the ways to detoxify yourself is to simply breathe, yoga can teach you correct ways to breathe, giving you the ability to make the most out of every breathe you take. The poses, or Asanas, practiced in yoga also aid in detoxification. Freeing the body of restrictions, these Asanas stretch muscles and limbs, loosening them and letting the muscles and limbs become more relaxed and nimble, freeing the toxins that muscle knots may harbor. These Asanas aid in circulation – the circulation of blood is greatly enhanced through flexibility – and these poses make you physically and mentally flow better. When things flow correctly, the body rids itself of toxins much more easily.

Yoga also circulates positive thinking, which removes toxins from the body in more ways than one. A person bent on negative thinking will not only perpetuate thoughts laden in toxicity, but they are also more likely to engage in an overall unhealthy lifestyle, a lifestyle that invites impurities rather than fights them. Yoga, however, because it helps people feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually better, allows a positive life force to circulate within, a life force bent on removing toxins. It also arms people with a mindset that allows people to embrace and embody health and wholeness, adopting an internal environment where toxins don’t want to remain, packing up and leaving instead.

How To Practice Effective Tantra Meditation

As an experienced tantra teacher will tell you, tantra meditation is not the same as yoga meditation. Though certain recent formats of yoga meditation do have aspects of tantra meditation within them, the fact is that these two disciplines derive from different philosophies that happen to have certain areas of overlap.

Tantra meditation involves the utterance of tantra mantras (or sacred chants), tantra breathing and reverend introspection and reflection. However, it does not, as a rule, require the practitioner to have sex. Rather, the intention is to find that space of utter non-thinking that is invariably attained during the final stages of the sexual act and ensuing orgasm. The mind is neither willing nor able to hold on to any thoughts at this decisive time of sexual ecstasy. Likewise, the objective of tantra meditation is to reach and maintain this state.

Tantra meditation can be practiced alone, or in an adequately guided tantra for couples meditation session. It is generally advisable to practice it in a group setting, since this allows for a greater build-up of synergistic tantra energy

Under the guidance of a qualified tantra master, the full power of tantra meditation is unleashed and set to work in the student. It opens up a direct channel for tantra energy to flow, thereby driving out all stress, worry and tension from the mind and body. As a result, the student can experience oneness with the cosmic forces that created, sustain and empower a life nourished by the ancient art of tantra.

Within each of us – specifically, in the region of the spine’s tail bone – lies a core of energy that waits to unfold and transform us.
